Sometimes known as naturally-occurring mango quartz, quartz with fibrous halloysite inclusions is prized by collectors for its often vibrant orange hues posed against the colorless translucency of less-included portions of the piece. This energetic cluster features sizable quartz points – many perfectly terminated – on a druze-dusted matrix, and in between the heftier terminations are sprinkled glassy clusters of long, needle-like crystals, providing further contrast and visual fascination.
