Namibian Red Quartz

This sizable red quartz cluster owes its rare fire red coloring to hematite inclusions which are covered with clear translucent quartz. There are multiple hematite phantoms scattered throughout this piece. This specimen features a treasure trove of damage free, fully terminated crystals and is set in a quartz matrix, which adds delightful visual contrast. A unique specimen from the Namibia Orange River pocket, a piece of this size and beauty is hard to find and even more difficult to pass up on.
