This distinctive yet characteristic, cabinet size Green Apophyllite on Stilbite specimen from India displays delicate mint-green Apophyllite crystals perched atop a bed of eggshell-to-peach Stilbite. A radiating floral cluster of Green Apophyllite perches at the top and focal point of the combination specimen and features sharp, glassy crystal terminations with a mesmerizing iridescence that contrasts beautifully with the matte waxiness of the bladed Stilbite crystals. A deeply-hued and beautifully formed Green Apophyllite bowtie on the lower right of the Stilbite clustering over the face of the host rock sets off this exceptional example of the Zeolite associations for which India is world-famous.
