Eudialyte Sphere // 5″ Diameter

This lusciously hued and naturally patterned sphere has been expertly hand-carved and hand-polished out of one 6.49-pound excellent quality specimen. First found in Greenland in 1819, eudialyte is a rare cyclosilicate and classified as a gemstone. The black swirls amongst the rich, marbled red are host rock or matrix and comprised of volcanic rock or other igneous rock.
