Demantoid garnets are a sought-after species of grossular garnet often sourced in the Ural Mountains of Russia but also found elsewhere like this piece out of Madagascar. These clusters of demantoids feature beautiful deep green pigmentation and gemmyness. This is a true treasure trove of a rare variety of garnet still in the host rock.
