Refund Policy

  1. At Astro West, customer satisfaction is a priority. All purchases are final after 7 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for store credit within this period, the merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear or damage. If no claim is made within 3 days of delivery regarding the item’s condition, the item will not be eligible for credit.
  2. If the item was damaged during transit, the customer should contact Astro West as soon as possible. It is important to keep the original packaging, as Astro West will request photos of the damage and assist the customer through the process. We reserve the right to deny credit or apply a restocking fee if these conditions are not met.
  3. If the product was bought in-store, we don’t accept refunds, what we do is give you store credit, but the piece that you no longer want has to be in perfect conditions to apply this policy.
