Refund Policy

- We believe you will be satisfied with your purchase or we’ll refund your purchase price in full upon safe return of the specimen in original condition if the return is initiated within 3 days of delivery. If the return is initiated after 3 days, we will grant store credit. If the item was purchased on sale, only store credit can be given.
- If you are unsatisfied with your purchase let us know immediately so we can begin to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
- All refunds are processed within two weeks from the date when the specimen was received back. If it is a result of damage on arrival, refund may be delayed based on insurance claims.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will resolve everything at your convenience. But DOA (Damage On Arrival) must be reported within one business day from the delivery date, no exceptions.
- All returned items must be sent back in original packaging accompanied by packing slip.
