Cretalamna Shark Tooth

Cretalamna is a genus of extinct Otodontidae shark that lived as long ago as 23 million years. It is considered by many to be the ancestor of the largest sharks to have ever lived, Otodus angustidens and Otodus megalodon. Fine serration and luster make these uniquely great additions to any fossil collection. Dimensions and weight are approximate and appearance may differ from the photo.
