Botryoidal Amethyst From Romania // 1.87 Lb.

$1,000.00

This incredibly unique specimen is out of a single pocket in Romania discovered approximately 20 years ago. Generally when “botryoidal amethyst” is referenced it is to describe the variety of chalcedony often called grape agate – however, this specimen features much larger botryoidal masses than grape agate without the differentiation of crystals characteristic of that species. With a fine, lustrous druze over the entire face of this beautifully pigmented and textured display piece, it will make a rare addition to any collection.

Dimensions: 5-1/2″L x 1-7/8″W x 5″H, Weight: 1.87 lb.
